High-capacity robotic welding system for TBM/tubing cages.
Operating on a 12-meter track with four independent zones, it welds full cages in 22-40 minutes, powered by 3D Vision AI and Search & Detect for precise waypoint mapping. Designed for continuous, operator-assisted workflow, it enables fast, repeatable production of large tunnel reinforcement cages with scalable throughput.
The universal MegaWeld-Mate enables flexible ladder-type reinforcement production, welding TBM ladder cages in one work zone while simultaneously producing meshes for covers or columns in another.
Its multi-zone, long-reach architecture allows fast changeovers and continuous manufacturing of different reinforcement types without reconfiguring the station.

Off-site rebar prefabrication possibilities
Our products deliver curved reinforcement cages for tunnels, culverts, tanks, and other civil engineering structures - using reinforcing bar diameters from Ø6 to Ø40 mm and external widths up to 310 cm, with virtually any thickness, radius, and lengths up to 12 m (depending on the equipment used).
Depending on the setup, cages can be welded or mechanically connected, and can be produced in formats such as curved mesh ladders, single ladders, and curved bars.
