Off-site rebar prefabrication possibilities
Diaphragm walls cages are made of bars measuring 10 to 40 (50) mm, with thicknesses ranging from 40 x 200 cm, depending on transport options, and a width of 280 (320) cm, with a practical bottom length.
They are manufactured fully or semi-automatically, depending on the system, with the option of welding additional elements such as supports, hooks, slides, reinforcements, and bracing. The systems consist of stirrup welding stations and frame welding stations.
