• Separating a bundle so the bars lay flat on a conveyor – kicked-off into next process
• Sawing the ends of each bar before feeding them forward
• Using a robot with special picking and gripping tool - to place a coupler on the rebar
• Feeding the bar into the Dextra machine for swaging the coupler onto the rebar
