Possibilities for Off-Site Rebar Prefabrication

Flat reinforcements such as reinforcing mesh, 2D mats, reinforcing panels, U- or L-shaped panels, frames for diaphragm walls cages with any mesh spacing and bar diameter from 6-40 mm, and the ability to add other elements such as anchors, angle or flat reinforcements, depending on needs.

Typical welding and tying range for stationary robots is up to 2.80 (3.10) m, and when using a robot on rails, 2.8 x 18 m or more if required.
