The standard Micro ARCAS can handle cages ranging from 100–400mm in width and 150–450mm in height. It is available in 3, 6, 9, and 12-meter versions and can accommodate cranked/joggled bars as well.

Micro ARCAS welds on one side, the operator loads the next cage on the other side.
EASY & SIMPLE USER INTERFACE
With our simple, user-friendly interface, it has never been easier to weld cages. On the screen, you simply select the desired cage dimensions and the number of cages and then press start.
On the Micro ARCAS you even have the possibility to do two different cages at the same time.
SAFETY
With Micro ARCAS, an operator can work safely on one side of the robot while the system continues working on the other side. This radically improves productivity and safety.
